Shipping policy

All items on our web page are available for immediate shipping. 

Shipping takes 3 business days up to 2 weeks depending on your shipping zone.  All orders are shipped via USPS mail.  There is no shipping on Holidays or Sundays.

Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer so the customer must provide a correct shipping address when placing the order.  Vennture Events is not responsible for items due to an incorrect address.  If the item is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for additional shipping costs.

Customer will receive an email update with tracking information as soon as the item has been shipped. 

**Vennture Events is not responsible for any shipping errors made by the postal service for any lost or stolen orders during transit.  Once your order leaves our facility and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for it and it is out of our control.  We cannot refund or replace items that do not make it to you.
